Have you ever heard the saying "Nigerians don't sweat, they glow"? Well, I can tell you firsthand that it's completely true. You see, living in Nigeria can be a bit of a hardship at times. But instead of letting it get us down, we Nigerians just embrace the struggle and make the best of it.

For starters, let's talk about the traffic. Oh boy, the traffic. It's like a never-ending game of chicken, except everyone is driving a jalopy and no one is chicken. But hey, at least we get some good cardio in while we're stuck in the car for hours on end.
And don't even get me started on the power outages. Just when you think you've finally gotten used to the constant flickering of the light bulbs, BAM! Darkness. But hey, it's a great opportunity to break out the candles and have a romantic dinner by candlelight. Or, you know, just sit in the dark and stare at the wall until the power comes back on. Either way, it's all good.

But perhaps the biggest hardship of all is trying to get a decent meal. I mean, have you seen the price of chicken these days? It's like they're made of gold or something. And don't even think about trying to find a decent restaurant. It's either a sketchy roadside joint or a fancy place that costs more than my monthly rent. So you know what we do? We just cook at home and hope for the best. It's a crapshoot, but hey, at least we get to bond over the fact that we're all starving.
But despite all these hardships, we Nigerians never lose our sense of humor. We might be sweating and struggling, but we're always smiling and laughing. Because that's just how we roll. So if you ever find yourself in Nigeria and things get tough, just remember: Nigerians don't sweat, we glow.
